Our Property Management department are always happy to help you find your new home.
Firstly we will ask you a few questions to assist us in qualifying your needs and wants. This helps us to find you a home that best suits you and financial situation.
You can view our rental properties at www.beaudesertproperties.com.au and www.realestate.com.au. Should you require further information or wish to make an appointment to view any properties please do not hesitate to contact our friendly property managers and they will assist you.
Once you have found a property that best suits you, you will be required to complete an application form and provide 100 points of identification.
We will confirm your employment details and also contact some personal references. If you have rented before we will also contact your previous landlord / agent to help us confirm your suitability to rent the property along with your capacity to cover your expenses. If you are not currently employed we will need a copy of your current bank statement.
We’ll also check your details are not listed on TICA (Tenancy Information Centre of Australasia)
Our usual turnaround time for applications is 24 hours providing we are able to make contact with your references and the owner of the property.
Once you have been notified of your approval for the property you will be required to pay two weeks rent to hold the property within 24 hours. When payment has been received.
